Duże, dobrze wyposażone, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji mieszkanie. Wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie w cichej okolicy. Parking w garażu podziemnym
Bardzo duży taras niestety trochę zaniedbany przez to nie można z niego w pełni korzystać.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, sprawny proces zameldowania, mieszkanie duże i dobrze wyposażone. Duży plus za ogródek, choć wymaga on pracy.
-Fatalnie działa płyta indukcyjna -Pęknięta deska toaletowa - Grzyb lub brud w lodówce - Dla nas nie było to istotne ale ogródek jest bardzo zarośnięty chwastami.

Sehr sauber, wunderschöne Lage nähe Wawel und Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig, Tarasse und großer Garten waren ein Plus. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch auf kleinen Märkten. Bequeme Betten
Es war kompliziert mit dem Schlüssel, man muss zuerst woanders einen Parkplatz finden und dann durch den Tor (Code), Haustür (Code) und Wohnungstür (anderes Code) rein zu kommen und erst dann Garagensender abholen. Uns musste jmd. helfen

W szafie znajdowała się przepocona pościel. Niekomfortowe wejście do wanny i opieszałe działania w sprawie mediów ( tv ). Mieszkanie było ciemne i ponure.
