Good location in the city center!
No chairs in the apartament, you only have a siting area on the couch, if there are 4 people it’s not quite right

The accommodation was near the city center, 5 minutes walking distance, the Wawel Castle was just next to the settlement as was the river, the area very nice and quiet, and it was clean.
The accommodation is a 3 storey old building without a lift. I understand that this is the case in most old city centres but it was not mentioned when we read the information. We were placed on the third floor (64 stairs to go up). We were four ladies each with an operation either on the back or knees, so it was a little strugling going up. Should we have been informed that there were no rooms on the first floor we would have booked somewhere else. Additionally, on the site of the accommodatio it is mentioned " rich breakfast in the room". Of course no breakfast is included in the price, so it should not be mentioned. You know "scripta manent"? what is written needs to apply.

very good location, the management was friendly and helpful!
the bathroom shower and basin were not good standard shower door were hard to move, were shaky and wobbly.
basin was too small and no place to put any toiletry on.
