The Lighthouse

The property itself is spacious, both indoors and outdoors, and the surroundings are indeed very quiet. Communication with the hosts was also very good and straightforward. There are, however, a few aspects worth mentioning. Two buildings are currently under construction only about 50 metres from the house. Fortunately, no construction work was taking place during our stay, so we were not disturbed by noise. Nevertheless, the unfinished buildings do affect the overall atmosphere and view of the surroundings, and once construction resumes, it could potentially have a significant impact on the quietness that is one of the property's main attractions. Overall, The Lighthouse offers plenty of space, privacy, and proximity to the sea, and we enjoyed the peacefulness of our stay. With a little more attention to maintenance - and depending on how the nearby construction develops - it could be an even better place to stay.

There are also some minor maintenance issues inside the house that could benefit from attention. For example, the door handle to the sauna was broken, and the sofa in the living room would definitely benefit from a thorough cleaning, etc.. These are relatively minor things and did not spoil our stay, but addressing them would make the property feel better maintained and more in line with the otherwise very pleasant setting.

Perfect home, incredibly well designed with a tasteful attention to every detail. Beamer as a great extra for movie evenings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and huge supplies of olive oil. Warm and cozy even in winter.

It was perfect.

Māja bija lieliska. Ideāla atrašanās vieta mežā, prom no citām mājām. Aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo atpūtai - sauna, projektors kino vakariem, virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo, komfortablu guļvietu. Pie mājas terase un grils.

Bija mainīgs ūdens spiediens.

Wonderful place. Clean, calm, it was so good to stay there. Sauna not to hot, which is great. Kitchen had everything what you need.
