Galimybė žvejoti tiesiog iš kambario.
Apartamentuose nėra kondicionieriaus. Taip pat trūko privatumo balkone, nes nuo kaimynų jo neskyrė jokia pertvara. Atvykus buvo pastebėta, kad klozetas ir dušo zona nebuvo tinkamai išvalyti, WC šiukšliadėžė nebuvo ištuštinta. Be to, dalis indų buvo nešvarūs.

Nice view, great property, parking, terrace
Second floor hard to use due to non-convenient stairs (hard to climb), only rain shower in the bathroom, hard to wash feet without getting all wet.

Fantastisks koncepts un ideja, ko prasītos uzfrišināt un piešķirt mājīgumu ar rūpību.. Burvīgs skats pa plašajiem logiem. Pastaigas attālumā pludmale un mols.
Prasītos uzfrišināt koka detaļas un rūpīgāka uzkopšana. Nagliņu vietā kādi interesanti pakaramie, tādā vasarā kā šī, vannasistabā elektriskie dvieļu žāvētāji iedotu omulīgu siltumu. Viss it kā kārtīgs, bet prasās pēc mājīguma un rūpības. Detaļās ir SPĒKS, kas rada omulīgumu 😉 Rakstu ierosme, ne kritikai, lai namiņi top vēl labāki, jo ideja fantastiska 👍

Staying on a floating house was a unique experience. The view of the river was beautiful!
The property feels somewhat outdated. A few renovations and upgrades to the furniture and kitchenware would make a big difference. At the moment, the price seems a too high compared to the overall condition and amenities offered. And the houses are quite far from the city center or the beach.
