The property has a unique retro 60’s vintage look - fits the area. An older home fit with modern kitchen appliances, large screen digital TV. Good working plumbing, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Towels & washcloths adequate. Couches clean, suitable but not comfortable for long duration. Clean most places except cobwebs under nightstands. Of greatest concern were the flimsy handrails on the front stairs - wobbles, and we’re afraid they might fail. Front entry has paint drops, indicating a sloppy update. Looked like security wiring on west side of home was sloppily installed. Home access locks worked well.

Has a garage but not available to us. Lawn looked like it needed mowing (but our dogs didn’t mind). My biggest upset was arriving at the place and still didn’t have the door code. Had to wait until 10:30 pm to get in (representative had phone mail box, would take no more messages. Left text message but no response. Had to bother booking.com customer service to eventually get a response. Was very close to giving up on Friday night - family had long day I. Car and this door code problem was annoying. Rep claimed he had sent code but we never got it until the late call after waiting an hour.

It was clean and it was spacious.

1. Upon arrival, I could not get into the unit because the doorknob battery was dead. I had to wait for maintenance to come replace the battery. The guys were very friendly and extremely helpful but that was still a bit disappointing to start off 2. The central air conditioning also needed a battery replacement. There are window ac’s in each room to make up for that but in other rooms, the air doesn’t travel. 3. The bathroom sink drains pretty slowly which makes it kind of unpleasant to brush your teeth and do other things because your spit and dirt fill up in the sink, making the grime stick a bit more. 4. A little inconvenient that only shampoo and conditioner were provided but not body wash. 5. Dishwashing liquid was also not provided. Also no scrubber or any handheld device to wash the dishes. 6. The main doorknob on the inside easily falls off when trying to turn or open the door. 7. The WiFi network and password that was originally given to me were not correct/discoverable. I had to contact the owner to get the correct information. Very helpful again but still slightly frustrating.
