Pet-Friendly 2BR Near Edgewater with Parking

Great location, and amazing space, especially for the price! Its an older apartment building, but that lends character rather than detracting from it. Great comfy beds, appreciated the ceiling fans. Genuine nice touches with decor. I loved the rug so much I painted it for the host as a thank you card! Very clean.

Most important feedback is to seal up the windows and doors better if possible. Its hard to do with window units in an older building. Its currently midge season and quite a few snuck in. I'm from the area so its just something we deal with in NE Ohio near the Lake. But I can see out of towners getting a bit freaked out by them. Also update the welcome binder with laundry info if its available. The tub drained a bit slow. But that's really being nitpicky.

Wonderful place to stay. Bed was comfortable and in a convenient place to stay for a baseball game!

Finding the parking spot behind the property was difficult. The road construction that was going on did make it more difficult.

This is a great location. It is within walking distance to a CVS and some restaurants. The host is wonderful and very communicative. The apartment is quite large, and the bathroom is wonderful. Although we didn't use it, there is a full size kitchen.

The walls/ceilings are a little thin, so you can hear the neighbors walking around, going up the stairs, and opening doors. A few times I thought someone was coming into our apartment, but it was just the way sound carries. That said, this is an apartment located in downtown Lakewood, and the hosts don't have much control over the construction of the building.

The apartment was very nice!

The noise from the upstairs neighbor pacing the floors until 3:38 am was horrible. As a result we were unable to sleep. Additionally, the trash around the building was a little concerning.
