This is a great location. It is within walking distance to a CVS and some restaurants. The host is wonderful and very communicative. The apartment is quite large, and the bathroom is wonderful. Although we didn't use it, there is a full size kitchen.
The walls/ceilings are a little thin, so you can hear the neighbors walking around, going up the stairs, and opening doors. A few times I thought someone was coming into our apartment, but it was just the way sound carries. That said, this is an apartment located in downtown Lakewood, and the hosts don't have much control over the construction of the building.
