NH Florence - Thousand Dreams Suite

Our stay was wonderful! Our host was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The virtual key system was an excellent feature—very convenient and easy to use. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which made a huge difference during the hot summer days. The location is also very practical: right across the street you'll find a supermarket, recycling bins, and a delicious gelato shop. Our host also recommended a local restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and it felt like a true hidden gem that only locals know about.

Nothing related to the apartment itself. The only minor inconvenience was Florence's taxi and Uber system, which we found to be quite limited and expensive. Although there is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, travelers with large luggage may still need to rely on taxis. Other than that, everything about our stay was excellent.

The apartment is located in a fantastic area. It is situated in a quieter part of the city, away from the crowds, while still being very well connected to the city center by public transportation. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment is on the ground floor, was super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. A special shout out to Riccardo, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, and his recommendations were excellent. He helped us enjoy Florence even more. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The host was very nice and professional, the check in process was clear and easy. The flat is big, very clean with amazing facilities. The area is very nice and away from big crowds (but still walkable to the centre).

It’s next to the road so it can be laud and it’s on the ground floor so we had the windows closed, meaning it was a bit dark.
