Saubere Wohnung, mit allem da, was nötig ist.
Die Nachbarn sind abends doch noch ziemlich laut, bzw idt die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.

Location is excellent, apartment was clean and well provisioned. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with - instructions provided excellent. Overall very good value for money.
There was a lot of family noise from the apartment above until 11pm each night. The shower was not adjustable, the water seemed to go everywhere and required to be used as a hand shower.

близько до Нюрнберга, квартира в центрі міста Швабах, має 2 кімнати, чисто, тепло, є необхідне кухонне приладдя, швидкий вайфай, є кавомашина, великий асортимент кави, паркінг платний, 1 євро година з 8 ранку до 22 вечора, знаходиться на відстані хвилин 7 -10 пішки, місто маленьке, чужі авто одразу видно, тому контроль парковки постійний, не забувайте оплатити.
специфічний запах від постільної білизни та рушників, власнику треба звернути на це увагу та використовувати в пранні професійниі засоби. паркінг для місцевих прямо під вікнами квартири, в 4 ранку хтось завів авто, хлопав дверима під вікном, поїхав на роботу.
