About this apartment rental
Our cozy ground floor apartment (75 sqm) with underfloor heating and a beautiful terrace is designed for up to 6 people and is located in a quiet side street.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, small appliances), and a large bathroom with shower and spacious bath.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe / cabinet system. The guest room has a pullout sofa bed (about 140 cm x 195 cm), a glass table and new fancy wardrobe and a regular bed (about 90 cm x 195 cm). Here is also the access to the terrace with awning and seating.
In the harmoniously furnished living room with open kitchen is also a large corner sofa with sleep function, as well as a dining table group. On the sideboard is a 32 inch flat screen TV. A wireless network to dial in is available throughout the apartment.
Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment for you. Towels as well as bed linen and "a little surprise" in the fridge are included in the price.
Bus stops and shops are nearby.

Check-out: until 10 o'clock

Nothing short of amazing - well equipped, cozy, and perfect for our family. Would book again and will do so when we are back in Nurnberg. Had an amazing time at the Christkindl Markts in Germany, just like in my youth. Thanks to the host for making my memories come alive again…

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
FEWO etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern nicht ideal, da das Kinderzimmer eine Glastür hat und der Fernseher direkt neben der Tür steht.
Außerdem gelangt man durch das Kinderzimmer auf die Terrasse und kann diese dann nicht nutzen, wenn die Kinder schlafen.
