Lage ist super, nur 5 min Fußweg ins Franken-Center oder zur U-Bahn. 2 Bäder mit WC sind vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, unkomplizierte Kommunikation per Whatsapp schon während der Anreise. Vergleichsweise ruhige Lage der Unterkunft für ein Wohngebiet. WLAN Internet war einwandfrei, Verbindung ist schnell und jederzeit verfügbar gewesen. Und endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung wo die Betten nicht quietschen!
Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, das heißt Parkplätze sind knapp. Gerade Abends hat man keine Chance, vor der Wohnung einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Kücheneinrichtung/Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ausreichend. Teller, Tassen und Besteck könnten etwas mehr da sein; so muss man halt täglich die Spülmaschine laufen lassen auch wenn sie noch nicht voll ist. Handspülen ist kaum möglich, weil eine Abtropfschale oder ein 2. Becken fehlt.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen en hielpen ons goed tijdens aankomst.
De woning is wel heel oud en kan hier en daar wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. (waterdruk van de douche, keuken opknappen (zie kasten en scharnieren en hygiene). Bed matras waar ik op sliep lag een beetje door.

Die Lage war sehr gut , U Bahn und Bus Anschluss in der Nähe ca 500m sowie ein Einkaufszentrum . Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich . Uns hat es gut gefallen.
