Villa Italia Sorrento

Lovely property, new and in great condition, wonderful views to Naples coastline. Every attempt to make it comfortable, peaceful location. We all enjoyed our stay. Grazie. Lovely welcome bottle of wine and sweets. Coffee supplied for machine. Everything you need for a long or short stay.

Few things missing, as it's called luxury! No extra pillows, front door did not lock only steel gate. Kitchen is missing equipment, no chopping board, kettle needs de furing, calcium ! Not enough plugs in kitchen had to carry microwave to another place to use it. No simple drinking glasses. Plug near sink is loose and not really safe. Position of property is down a very steep road this is not explained when booking and I know the area well. Driving a hire car you need to be very careful and book a smallish car. Not easy to find property.

la pulizia, i servizi offerti, il terrazzo, il silenzio. la casa è funzionale e spaziosa

anche se non ho avuto problemi guidando da sempre per quelle strade potrei segnalare la difficoltà, per un novizio, per la strada di accesso.

Bedrooms clean and nicely prepared. Kitchen and living area spacious and clean Nice to see some complimentary food, chocolates and drinks. Amazing outside lounge and dining area. Stunning views and beautiful quiet location. Hosts were friendly.

Very hard to find. The instructions re meet up point were not clear. I feel this should be explained a bit better - eg the hosts will meet you at the junction in their vehicle and you will then follow them to the accomodation. Also if there was a sign at the junction of El Padri road saying “ Villa Italia Sorrento this way” that would have been helpful.Air conditioning did not work and there is very little space for turning your car. Despite these issues I would fully recommend this villa!! Just stunning, clean and spacious and welcome hosts.

It has a beautiful view on the Bay of Naples and spacious bedrooms and there is airconditioning.

There are only 3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen. There is no living room. As we did not expect that a "villa" would be without a livingroom we missed this in the photo's. Outside there is a very spacious terrace but the outside furniture is not comforable and as there was no beach umbrella almost no shade available. The kichen equipment is minimal.
