The young chap who met us was incredibly helpful and friendly. Showed us to the parking space, and then took us up to the room. The apartment garage entrance is difficult to find in the night time, as the turning into the side street is very hard to see.

The only problem we had was trying to sort out the TV. But this is not uncommon in such circumstance. One thing i would say is how easy it was to contact the service team, as they use whatsapp, and are always ready to offer assistance. As previous people have mentioned, the noise from the street can be a problem, especially on Saturday nights..all the boy racers are out, and trying to see who has the loudest exhaust pipe... But overall I would stay here again..

Perfect stay for our holiday in Cape Town. Central to everything. The apartment has everything and more needed and was immaculate. I would totally recommend for a relaxing, great holiday

The only thing we thought was unusual was there were no cushions on the sun beds which are metal. We didn’t use the pool much but people had pulled the cushions off sofas to use. They were a little marked but can’t blame people.

Location is great with a beautiful view. Apartment looks beautiful and facilities are still good condition. It was comfortable for two couples sharing. Staff kind and helpful during check-in.

The insurance policy is a schlepp, and will cost you additional either way. Not the worst thing though, if you’re aware.

Die Wohnung war schön die zwei Schlafzimmer waren leider von der Größe zu unterschiedlich.

Die Wohnung wird leider von einer KI gesteuerter Verwaltung geleitet. Völlig unversöhnlich und Computer gesteuert. Schon nach der Buchung wird man zugefüllt mit Verpflichtungen die man nicht will. Es musste eine Versicherung abgeschlossen werden 35€ die man nicht will.dazu kommt noch eine Kaution mit 500.-€ die man hinterlegen muss. Einzigartig von allen Unterkünften die wir je gebucht hatten.Wir wollten einen zweiten Schlüssel da wir zwei Paare waren. Das war ein Riesen Problem, dass für kam die nächsten Tage die Service Dame nicht zum reinigen da sie kein Sclüssel hatte. Jegliches Problem wurde in Secunden beantwortet ( von der KI) aber das Problem nicht gelöst. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hautstrasse der Lärm ist leider nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu ertragen.
