The location is really good! Right next to the metro and close to the train station and on the good side of the city for the airport. Perfect for exploring the city centre; less than 30 minutes travel. The neighbourhood is lively but felt safe in the evenings. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable (the sofa bed a bit less). The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean. We used the roof terrace in the evenings.
The lockbox for the keys was not functioning well, it was really stuck, we notified the rental agency and hopefully this is fixed soon. The apartment is better suited for two people; if you sleep on the sofa couch it is not very comfortable and you'll hear everything going on in the hallways. Nothing major but some small suggestions for improvements; the kitchen could be more complete with kitchen towels, clean sponges, handsoap and some bowls and for the bathroom extra toilet paper.

Location was good. Aircon system in the apartment was working.
The floor was very dirty. I needed to clean it by myself couple of times. The lock wasn’t working properly. I was blocked couple of times in the apartment. At the entrance in the building the lock was completely broken
