Appartamento in buona posizione vicino a metro Plaza castilia e alla stazione dei treni struttura pulita nuova e con tutto il necessario, ottimo per aria condizionata! staff molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza

La posizione rispetto al centro di Madrid, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro da Plaza de Castilla
Scarsa pulizia Poco accessoriata (erano presenti pochissimi accessori per la cucina e mancava una padella per la carne / verdure che ci è stata fornita il giorno dopo) Scarsa manutenzione: nella lavastoviglie c'era un fondo di acqua stagnante che non ha consentito l'utilizzo. Inoltre l'acqua del lavandino in bagno scendeva molto a rilento. Entrambe le cose sono state segnalate al team di manutenzione ma senza alcun esito Letto scomodissimo
