Short trip for College Family day. The listing was in great proximity to the College and other local attractions. There were some great amenities within the location. The property owners were very communicative.

The property location is convenient to Central Tampa and several local attractions. Easy access to major interstates made commuting extremely easy. The home is located in an older neighborhood, first impressions left an uncomfortable feeling but the local people were friendly and no safety concerns were encountered. The city of Ybor offers excellent food and entertainment opportunities. The home amenities are average. Cleanliness could be improved as well as adding small touches such as towel racks in the bathroom. Parking is limited to the street directly in front of the home. Streets are narrow.
