ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! This home is closely monitored by 5 exterior security cameras and guests will be staying on the other side of the duplex. If you would like to book both sides of the duplex for a large group please message me.

This duplex has complete privacy from the other side, nothing in the home is shared. Comes with its own reserved parking lot, separate entrance, separate backyard, etc. This home was recently remodeled - every room, design, & finish was professionally staged/designed to make each and every guest feel right at home! You will absolutely love this spacious, stylish home for group travel!
Additional rules
-STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
-Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Please be mindful to the guests on the other side.
-Please only park in the gravel parking lot along the fence.
-DO NOT PARK in front of the garage cut outs, this parking is reserved for the guess on the other side.
-Trash pick up is on Wednesdays. Please bring trash bins to the street Weds morning and return them when trash has been picked up. Your host will message you what bins need to brought to the street.
-No shoes in the house at any time. We try to keep the house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house may result in an additional cleaning fee.
-For make-up removal do not use the white towels. I provide black facial towels found in all the bathrooms.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Please be respectful to our neighbors.
-$100 pet fee per pet.
-Do not overload the washer and dryer.
-Only toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors.
-No smoking inside the house. Please keep smoking in the backyard. This will result in an additional fee if any odor is detected.
-Clean BBQ grill if used, supply your own charcoal and cover with tarp when done.
-We love our home so please treat it as if it’s your own and ENJOY YOUR STAY!!
