About this house rental
This home is a two story modern beauty which is also rented out as two separate units as well. Each floor of this home has a separate private front and back entrance, each floor has a kitchen and each floor has it's own bathroom, dining area and living room. This home is close to everything downtown Tacoma has to offer Museums, nightlife, theaters, Tacoma Dome events, UW Tacoma, Convention Center, etc. Private parking in the back. Just a four minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Tacoma Link Light Rail! *Please be advised*

I was under the impression that it was one large unit. It is two: upstairs and downstairs with separate entries. So we weren't all in one space. It worked out fine and we enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood was a little rougher than expected, as well as the outside of the home. The inside of the home is update for the most part with new appliances. Bed are on the firmer side, but it didn't stop us for getting a decent night rest. House is in a decent location, I the sense there are store nearby and a park in walking distance.

The place was clean and easy to access. We had all we needed. We would have loved to have ac in the bedrooms coz it got really hot and uncomfortable night. In general, place met our expectation and i would recommend it to my friend and family and i would book it again.
