Situated just three blocks from Esterillos Beach, this amazing oasis offers the best in carefree coastal living with home highlights including an in-ground pool and a large, enclosed yard surrounded by fragrant fruit trees. When you're ready to explore the area, you can walk right down to the beach or take a scenic drive out to Manuel Antonio National Park. Other opportunities include whale-watching tours, waterfall tours, ziplining, and fishing.
The interior is bright and inviting, with modern home features including; a stainless steel full kitchen, free WiFi, smart TVs, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and mini-split air-conditioners. Each of the three bedrooms includes a private en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the detached pool house suite for added privacy.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers.
