Built in 2022 this gated waterfront 2 bedroom with a den and 2 baths makes this your home away from home. This special place is close to everything, and yet you will feel faraway when you are here. Conveniently located with shopping and dinning nearby and a short drive to downtown Naples and Marco Island. The home has indirect access to the Gulf of Mexico, bring your kayaks, jet skis, boat and tie up at the dock. Great intersecting canals provide a lot scenery for the nature lover.

We were extremely happy with our stay in the Canal Home. The home was clean, furniture and bed were comfortable, kitchen had what was needed and had a private yard right on the canal. The host Juan was very nice, got back to us right away with any questions. Lots of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. Already booked for next year.

I just wanna reflect on what a great day our family had at the Canal house. Very quiet neighborhood beautiful views enjoyed watching the manatees and sunsets over the canal close to everything. Just a great experience. Juan was incredible and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

The owner stopped by to greet us after our arrival and kindly asked if there was anything else we needed. This was our third stay at the property. Again, the house was impeccably clean and nicely equipped! There is no carpeting, an important amenity for me. All appliances are in excellent condition. It's super quiet neighborhood and the property is very private. It was wonderful to sit on the deck to watch the manatees swim by in the canal. The location is very close to shopping ( Walmart, Publix CVS etc) and the Nature Conservancy and convenient to Marco Island. Just a great place to vacation!
