Overall the stay was wonderful! Such a great convenient location. Just a quick turn up the street then a clear path to the beach! A little bit of an older home but still beautiful! I especially appreciated the gracious amount of linen they had for the bathrooms seeing as it was my family of 8 of us there.

We really enjoyed this house. Perfect for a young family with such a short walk to the beach, easy walks to restaraunts, etc. Clean, comfortable, and the outdoor space was great to keep the sand and beach stuff out of the house. Would book again.

4pm check in is late, compared to 10 am check out. You lose a day. I was told by 2 different people that there was no grill, we bought a portable grill on the way and there was a grill on property. We chose this property due to outdoor shower which was not usable, we contacted property manager and was told someone would reach out to us Monday, I never heard from anyone again. My family was unable to use the outdoor table due to a broken bench. Rugs in living room and dining area in bad shape. Stains, corners causing trip hazards. Pillow on couch stained.
Some of these things could be overlooked, however Someone reached out to us after 24 hours of our vacation to sell us an extra night and we let them know we were not satisfied and wanted the outdoor shower fixed. They told me my issue would be sent to the appropriate person and I never heard from them. My family takes an annual trip every October and will not make the mistake of staying here again.
