About this house rental
Relax and enjoy the sound of the creek while you sit on the spacious deck. This two story custom home has two master bedrooms with king size beds, private bathrooms and a twin rollaway bed. Hardwood floors, full kitchen, beautiful deck with rocking chairs, porch swing, tv, gas grill, fire pit and deck heater for those chilly nights. This home sits on a secluded mountain side just a few miles from the town Sylva, Western Carolina University. 20 minutes from Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spectacular fly fishing, tubing and kayaking in the Tuckasegee River, plenty of hiking, WCU Sports or explore beautiful downtown Sylva.
Internet can be spotty at times due to the location.
No smoking allowed- If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
No pets are allowed at this property. There will be an automatic charge of $250 if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were very pleased with how clean the property was and how spacious it was! Everything was great and enjoyable! We enjoyed the fire place out back, such a nice, quiet, atmosphere! We hope to be back soon!

Our stay there was perfect for our purposes. We had a little problem with the grill propane supply, and getting the right app for tv viewing, but everything else was great!
