Sylva Stroll is an 80+ year old historical home that has been lovingly restored and is equipped with all the amenities of modern living while keeping the ambiance of yesteryear. Located in the heart of downtown, you are only a short walk to the many highly sought-after local attractions. Whether you are with a group of friends or your family, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home offers everything you may need to refresh, re-unite and build wonderful memories together.

We all enjoyed our stay and the location was great. We walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants, the playground and the old Jackson County courthouse (to walk all 105 steps!). We even strolled through the local Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and enjoyed that as well. Home is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it!

Very walkable to downtown Sylva and excellent food and drinks. The house is well laid out and homey. Also about 30 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park for a day of hiking.

This a cute and charming home very conveniently located JUST outside of the downtown area. Walk a block or two and you are on the main shopping/dining street, yet the house feels very separate from all that.
It is well-stocked, has a roomy feel for a smallish place, ample parking, and just a comfortable, homey place to spend a few days.
The blackout curtains and plenty of full-length mirrors were much appreciated! I would recommend this to others, and would stay here again.
