Most clean VRBO I have ever stayed in! Immaculate. Gorgeous views of the red rocks. Would absolutely stay again! Thermostat set to 72 and could not be lowered but ended up being just fine. Excellent fast communication with Host.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly located and has everything that you might need. Jared was extremely responsive with any questions that we had prior to stay and everything went so smoothly we didn’t need to contact him during our stay. Last but definitely not least - the view is STUNNING! Thank you for providing the perfect spot - we won’t forget our time in Sedona!

The house was beautiful, with a gorgeous view!! I’ve stayed in countless rental properties and I’ve very rarely ever stayed somewhere so incredibly clean and well kept. The only tiny issue was a slight lack in communication. On our last night, I contacted the owner to ask if a late check-out was possible but never received a response. I tried again on the morning of check-out, but again, never heard back. Otherwise an ideal place to stay. I definitely intend to stay again, highly recommend.
