BEACHFRONT LIVING 2BR is directly on Cocoa Beach. Newly renovated 1st Floor/furnished/painted & beach theme decor. Wi-Fi/Cable/ Central AC/Heated Pool/ multi community activities/ Horse Shoes/ Tenn Courts/ Bocce Ball/ BBQ area. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier/ Ron Jon Surf shop/ mini golf and local restaurants. 1hr or less direct drive to Orlando Airport, Disney & all the local attractions. Min to Port Canaveral/ Cruise terminals and the Space Ctr. Best of all, steps from a Private Beach.
The space
This is a 2 week minimum condo, due to the HOA rules. Long term stays of 1 month or more may be available at a discounted rate at certain times of the year. Please contact us to ask if you are looking for a long term stay.

- Community Quiet hours are at 8pm
- Check out time is 11:00am/ Check In 4PM
-Once a guest books their visit, we will ask for your email and send you a "Tenant Rental Information Form" this must be filled out and we submit it to the condo management prior to each guests arrival.
-Sorry but please be aware due to the condo association rules please be advised if you are traveling of the parking restrictions,
- NO OVERNIGHT PARKING OF:
Motorcycles/ Boats/ Trailers/ Motor homes/ R.V.'s/ Commercial Vehicles/Golf Carts
-This is a Beach Front Condo Complex, our condo unit is NOT Direct Ocean but the complex is and you are just a short walk through the complex to our private beach.
-This is a 1st Floor unit
