Anthony is super friendly. His unit is very clean. It had everything we needed. We loved being on the end, and on the first floor. We were steps from the beach. We would love to stay at another one of Anthony's properties again. Could not recommend him or his property enough.

Really excellent location and steps to the beach. Comfortable environment with plenty of space for kids and adults. Anthony provided detailed instructions and helpful advice on fun places to go. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay at a fantastic beach! Thanks for everything! We loved Cocoa Beach.

A two minute walk to the beach. Several very good restaurants to choose from that are walkable. The pool was a good size and kept clean. The only thing that bothered me was the unit could have been cleaner for my taste. Closets were a bit messy. I like organization. It makes me feel comfortable. The building itself is dated. I would prefer a newer modern condominium building. People were friendly.
