The house features 3 levels with bedrooms on the top 2 floors. So please note that this house has stairs, no elevator! This house has TWO spacious living areas - one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor which makes it perfect for large groups not looking to be cramped. The 3rd floor living room opens to an absolutely gorgeous rooftop deck complete with a 65" TV, lounging furniture, mural & fireplace!
