About this house rental

Lakeside 01 is perfectly positioned at the base of Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge, just a block away from the slopes and a ½ mile to Park City's Historic downtown corridor. Perfect for all ages and groups, Lakeside's four-bedroom floor plan offers 3,000 square feet of enjoyment sleeping 13, with common area pool and hot tub to satisfy après ski relaxation.

Lower Deer Valley has long since been a desirable spot for guests due to the duality it offers with ideal proximity to Deer Valley and to downtown Park City, immediate access to ski school, and nearby access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and of course Sundance Film Festival activities.

Lakeside is the perfect choice in summer as well, walking distance to Deer Valley's summer concert series or Park City's Historic Main Street Arts Festival. Lakeside also offers a courtesy neighborhood shuttle for those who prefer a quick drop off at the base lodge, as well as Park City's free public transit route stop which is offered at the edge of the neighborhood, traveling to all three world class resorts and Main Street hourly.

Lakeside 01 offers a King master suite with ensuite bath, a second King suite with ensuite bath, and two Queen suites sharing a bath, with the second Queen suite also offering 2 additional Twin bunks in the same space. Finally, there is a single Twin bed in a loft space off the main living area and a sleep sofa in the living room, sleeping 13.

Vaulted ceilings and tasteful, cabin-inspired contemporary furnishings are attractive elements at Lakeside 01, along with the privacy of large bedroom suites offering ensuite baths throughout and a seasonal pool and hot tubs in the common area of the Lakeside neighborhood. The community also offers changing rooms and showers to provide guests with a space to wash off after relaxing in the warm waters. There is also a sauna on-site that is perfect after a long day on the mountain.

The local Deer Valley Café a block away from the Lakeside neighborhood is the perfect place to walk over to for coffee or brunch and enjoy the direct ski slope views.

From mountain biking and hiking to stand -up paddle boarding, skiing, snow shoeing or sleigh riding, Lakeside 01 in Lower Deer Valley offers year-round adventure and ideal access to all Park City has to offer.

Really enjoyed this property. We have stayed at other Lakeside Circle properties before and chose this for the 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite baths, there are 2 additional bathrooms so effectively each bedroom gets its own bath). The townhouse is very nicely (& I am guessing recently) refurbished with a large kitchen area and 2 separate seating areas + dining table that seats 8. Location in Lakeside Circle is good, close to the Jacuzzi and pool. Lakeside Circle itself is right next to the lower parking lot of Snow Park Lodge and there is a complementary shuttle service that you can use to take you to the lodge where you are picked up at your doorstep. You use an app to request the shuttle which came each time within five minutes. It is then literally a two minute drive to the lodge. You can also easily walk through the parking lot, which takes about five minutes to get to the lodge or you can use the parking lot shuttle to take you to the lodge. It is about a two minute walk to the parking shuttle stop. This means that everyone in our party could leave and return very easily to the house whenever they needed to. Dealing with Mountain West vacation rentals was super easy. They answered the phone immediately the 2 times we called as we needed to check a couple of things and specifically Rebecca was extremely helpful. Would rent this property again and rent through Mountain West again.

Our group (2 families with 6 kids total) loved our stay. The condo has everything you need, and the location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. We used the complimentary DV shuttle service, which was super convenient for getting back and forth from the mountain. Highly recommend this place!

The condo was amazing; kitchen and living spaces were nicely appointed and easy to prepare foods and eat together as a family. Easy shuttle bus to the mountain and into town. management office checked in daily via text which was very considerate.
