Cozy Chalet Home - Beach Access Large Deck - Ski Cranmore Shop & Dine

My boyfriend and I stayed here with our 3 year old dog and it was awesome! Great location to get to our favorite activities like Saco River Tubimg, hikes around the White Mountains (Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake -- not dog friendly, Crystal Cascades, Lovequist Loop, etc), Settlers Green shopping, and tons of great food and desserts. The house itself is lovely with a lovely sunroom and porch.Spencer was great about giving us suggestions of where to go as I hadn't ever been here with a dog and understanding when a sign in the front of the house fell down. He was responsive and a great host. Plenty of basics(salt, pepper, etc) available. One thing to note is that even though this sleeps 8, it only has one bathroom. It was totally fine for me and my boyfriend, but I could see it being hard for 8 folks to share a bathroom. There are also a good number of bugs (to be expected in the area) around so be aware!

Wonderful Chalet Home. This was our 2nd year staying here and like last year we were very please with our overall stay.

Host is very nice and quick to answer any questions! Beach / lake is about a two minute drive away … it took us a few minutes to find it but then it’s easy . It has space to park , picnic tables and a small dock out in the water to jump off of . House I was able to easily find with Apple Maps / google maps doesn’t take you there . Beds are super comfy ! Major points there . Nice appliances to use and good variety of pots and pans even a waffle maker . Nespresso maker with coffee and espresso we LOVED. Grill available to use also . Nice screened in porch and front porch with a table to eat outside, seating and a solo stove to make a fire in . What we didn’t like…. There’s absolutely NO privacy. You can hear Everything through the whole house . Like we could easily have full conversations from the downstairs bedroom to the one above it . And the other room is above the leaving room . Also the upstairs bedrooms are open at the top between each other … you can’t see through just hear everything. Not huge but like a paper or small book inside with WiFi password and directions to beach would be helpful.
