About this house rental
A beautiful property in the center of it all! Large, flat, lot on a large pond with plenty of room for families to play and take in the views. Enjoy summer sports on the water and in the mountains! Nearby skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and much more in the winter! The fall colors will amaze you! Beautiful sunsets year round. North Conway and the outlets just 10 minutes away. Cranmore just 15 minutes! Multiple other ski resorts within a half hour drive. Around the corner from the Kancamangus Highway, White Mountains National Park, Echo Lake State Park and so much more! Even a brewery with tasting room and frequent live music just a short walk away!

Two queen beds and 4 twin (2 bunk beds).
Newly finished rec room in basement with games and more!
Fireplace insert. Firewood provided for indoor fireplace and for fire pit.
4 kayaks and 1 canoes onsite for your use.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible!
Perfect property for a family or a couple of families. Less than 30 minutes to Story Land!
We like our neighbors so please no loud partying or outside music past 8:00 PM.

Had a great stay! Although it was short we still got to enjoy the nice weather and take the kayaks out! Caught a once in a lifetime picture of a shooting star while stargazing

Great location close to everything wonderful that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! Clean, comfortable property with everything you need. The host was excellent and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely stay again!

This really is a “hidden gem” of a property- everything needed for a family stay. We loved using the kayaks and spending time by the fire at night. Super close to Storyland, Saco River tube rentals, and the scenic Conway train station.

Overall stay was okay. Although it is advertised as a "waterfront home" we were disappointed that the water was too weedy and mucky for swimming. We had to go elsewhere to swim and spend time on a lake. Perhaps leaving a pass to the Conway town beach or another area might help yournext summer visitors.
