The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is an underground garage with an area of 18 m2. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: several banks, Russian (300 meters) and Spanish (120 meters) supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy are within walking distance. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 300 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
