About this house rental

We hope you will love this home as much as we do. We have thoughtfully renovated this old beauty to restore it with modern luxury and elegance while retaining it's original character. We offer a super comfortable nest that you can call home while you are away from your own. We aim to please so if there is anything at all that you need or even want, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. If your request is reasonable and within our means to provide we will certainly do so. The updates and upgrades throughout are sure to please any guest. Brand new windows throughout the entire home offer tons of natural light and allow you to enjoy Kentucky's most glorious seasons. You will find a fully fenced in yard with lots of privacy where you can enter your 2 car detached garage and 1 car carport or relax on the elevated screened in back porch. The yard is huge too so please enjoy. The Beechmont neighborhood is absolutely precious. Find everything you need right in this area with easy access to all other parts of the city by hopping on I-264 in a jiffy. Beechmont has eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, gyms, yoga studios, Iroquois Park and Amphitheater and the list goes on and on. We can't wait to host you!
