Cozy Country Get Away Suite with a view of the Enchanted Mountains

We were happy to find a clean, quiet space with plenty of natural light. We needed an overnight stay with Internet access, The main view is of the owner's backyard. The mountains can be seen when you are on the deck and one side of the living area. The entrance road (lane) is very narrow; it passes over a ditch with running water in it. The view of oncoming vehicles when leaving the lane is partially obscured by tall grasses. Fortunately, we arrived and departed in daylight. The stone lined parking space is quite narrow for a medium sized sedan to maneuver. The lighted walkway into the cabin consists of loose stones on an uneven surface - a consideration for anyone with mobility challenges. Once inside, the space was clean and fresh. The small bathroom is one step up from the living space. The shower, sink, and toilet were spotless. There is one rod to hang towels on, the hooks having been obstructed by useful shelving.The "kitchen" is barebones. The one cup Keurig pot failed (it had done so before we arrived.) The tea kettle works well, There was one butter knife, an unusable sharp knife, 3 mugs (one cracked). The toaster set off the fire alarm even though the bread did not burn. The kitchen and bath supplies are generic. We were looking for clean, quiet, warm spot for 2 close, to the location of a workshop we were offering. This worked.

Property was very easy to find and very cute. Perfect for a girls trip! The owner is very responsive and friendly. Sydney the kitty was a very gracious hostess as well! It's a beautiful area, only 10 minutes from Olean. Definitely want to stay here again. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you!

Better coffee maker would have been great!

Location was great it was a beautiful view. Tried to contact the host for firewood but no response.
