The "Möwennest" vacation rental on the upper floor is just under 50 square meters and offers a fantastic view of the dike from the living room and dining room!
This vacation rental sleeps 4 people. If needed, however, a fold-out bed or a travel crib can be added. What makes this apartment special is the converted attic, which houses the (children’s) bedroom as well as a lovely play area. Everyone simply feels right at home here.
The vacation rental features a private garden area with a patio and patio furniture, separated from the rest of the garden. This allows you to enjoy your afternoon coffee in peace and quiet in the sun. Guests are also welcome to use the large garden, which includes a small playground. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, range hood, large freezer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The cabinets contain everything from an electric can opener to a waffle iron. Basic supplies, ranging from coffee filters to salt and pepper, are also provided (unless used up by the previous guest). From the dining table, you have a wonderful view of the dike. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The washing machine and dryer are also located here. Laundry detergent is also provided (unless used up by the previous tenant). The bathroom also houses a hair dryer, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and various cleaning supplies.
The living room is comfortably furnished. The living room and kitchen windows offer a direct view of the dike. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, DVD player, and a stereo system with a cassette deck and CD player. The cozy living room furniture invites you to relax. There are also several books available for you to read.
The children’s room is located in the converted attic, which is accessed via a narrow wooden staircase. It features two beds, a nightstand, a small wardrobe, a dresser, and a cozy play area with some toys. There is also a small TV with a satellite receiver. The room is nice and bright and cheerful, thanks to the built-in windows. The bedroom is furnished with two beds, two nightstands with lamps, and a wardrobe.
If you’re traveling with a baby or toddler, a travel crib is also available here, which can also be set up in the parents’ bedroom. Baby/toddler equipment: high chair, baby crib, and stroller.
Our vacation home, Lüttjes Diekhuus, with its three comfortably furnished apartments, is ideally located right on the dike in the North Sea resort of Tossens.
The vacation home stands on a property of approximately 1,000 square meters with a well-maintained garden and even a playground for our younger guests.
Germany’s only themed beach—the Friesenstrand—is only about 100 meters away and, with its large sandy playground, invites guests to dig in the sand and let their imaginations run wild. From here, you have a magnificent view of the North Sea!
The center of Tossens, with its shopping and dining options, as well as Center Parcs Nordseeküste with its water park, are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
All three apartments are very child-friendly. In addition to numerous toys and books, each apartment is equipped with baby gear (travel crib, high chair, stroller).
Each apartment also comes with its own free parking space.
However, pets are not allowed here.
