About this apartment rental
NORTH SEA. TOSSENS. VACATION RENTAL Küste 33-22 LOTTA
Welcome above the rooftops of Tossens!
The LOTTA penthouse vacation rental on the North Sea, featuring its own sauna, is right in the heart of Tossens. From here, it’s just a few steps to the Frisian beach. A beach chair is available here during the summer season (approx. May through mid- to late September).
Perfect for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway with your very best friends.
The bakery is located right in the building. A hearty breakfast on the rooftop terrace is simply wonderful.
The LOTTA vacation apartment delights us with its fresh, Nordic-inspired interior design. From A for “milk frother” to Z for “kids’ cutlery,” you’ll even find a fan, a handcart, and a lockable bike storage room where you can also charge your e-bike. A parking space is always included when renting the LOTTA vacation apartment in Tossens.
A starter kit is also always provided (2 rolls of toilet paper, one trash bag each for the bathroom and kitchen, 1 bottle of hand soap, dish soap, and 3 dishwasher tabs, a dish sponge, and 2 dish towels).
Depending on the season and weather—approximately April through October—garden and lounge furniture as well as the grill are available.
In both bedrooms, you’ll find 180x200 cm box-spring beds with full-length mattress toppers. We’ve even provided a safety rail for our younger guests.
Adventurers of all ages gather at Friesenstrand beach year-round to explore the sandy shore and the Wadden Sea and take a deep breath of healthy North Sea air.
A warm welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family on the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula in Tossens!

The Lotta apartment is very well equipped; every little detail has been taken care of. The furnishings are very tasteful, and the apartment’s location is excellent! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the beach chair because the key was missing. But that wasn’t a big deal—we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back.

The view beyond the dike wasn’t that great—Tossen should invest in that—but that’s not Quatierfreund’s problem. My girlfriend and I were completely satisfied, just like in previous years. We’ll book again.

This was our first time staying at this vacation rental, and it certainly won’t be our last. A dream of a place—everything is so well thought out. It really has everything you could need. They’ve even thought of the little ones, with plastic children’s plates, toys, etc. The location is simply fantastic.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed. The children really enjoyed the games and the reading corner, and the adults enjoyed the sauna. Thank you very much for a few very relaxing days.
