Quiet cottage in a located in new town. Quick taxi ride or bus ride to downtown. Do your Duval Crawl & then head back to a quiet peaceful and relaxing swim in the pool. Located on a private property with homeowners on site. Off-street parking and a private entrance to the cottage. No smoking & no pets. 2 people max. This is a minimum 28 day rental.

The cottage was set off the road with parking available up front and foliage all around in a quaint and beautiful neighborhood. It was very private and our host, Eva, was really friendly, sweet and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back.

Eva our host was very welcoming and accommodating. We had everything we needed to include the use of bicycles. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.

This cottage was perfect for our stay. We will consider Eva, our hostess, as a great friend and hope to visit again real soon. The cottage was clean and well prepared. The location could not have been better as we were able to ride our scooters to everything. We also took advantage of public transport which had a stop just a block away and is “on demand”. Everything we needed was provided and such a cute and quiet place. Cannot say enough about how we loved our stay
