Quiet cottage in a located in new town. Quick taxi ride or bus ride to downtown. Do your Duval Crawl & then head back to a quiet peaceful and relaxing swim in the pool. Located on a private property with homeowners on site. Off-street parking and a private entrance to the cottage. No smoking & no pets. 2 people max. This is a minimum 28 day rental.

Eva was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. Provided bikes for getting around-just a 4-ish mile ride downtown. A pool out our patio door surrounded by palm trees. Close to beaches. We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we return to Key West!

Everything better than expected. Eva the owner/landlord is on site. A couple minor issues with the internet, quickly resolved. Wonderful place, quiet and removed from the crazy downtown, but easy to get anywhere with a bike, walking or a ride service.

Friendly courteous communicative host. Clean comfortable location away from the noise and hustle of Duvall but easy bike to Duvall. The bed was very nice!

The place was perfect! The owner is a really nice lady and made sure i had everything i needed. The place is very clean bith inside and out and in a perfect location. Quiet but not too far from everything. I look forward tonstaying here again next year!
