((**This is the same home as my other listing except it includes the rental of the upstairs studio suite. The upstairs suite includes a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette, sunroom with a twin sized swing bed and access to the upper deck.**))

Inside, Highland Lodge feels like your home away from home with a harmonious balance of luxury and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, featuring stainless steel appliances and all the essentials. Each bedroom is designed for ultimate relaxation and convenience, with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and countless amenities. Two additional rollaway beds are provided to offer flexibility for larger groups. The fourth bathroom attaches to a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink.
Comfort and style meet stunning views for those who stay in the upstairs studio apartment. This cozy retreat features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and a beautifully designed full bathroom complete with a large shower and custom vanity. *Highland Lodge is a sister property to Boulder Ridge sitting only 1/2 mile apart and accessible by trail or road. Guests are welcome to rent both at the same time.
*Closest access to Torch Lake is one mile away down a seasonal drive where you can hand launch kayaks, canoes, SUPs and swim. Beach access to Torch Lake is four miles away at Eastport Landing.
*Boaters-there is ample parking for boat trailers on the property and the boat launch is four miles away at Eastport Landing.
*Middle bedroom does not have its own air conditioning unit.

*A Ring Video Doorbell is located on the main entrance door frame and a Ring Spotlight Cam is located above the deck door. They are used to monitor the exterior entrances of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and ensure house rules are followed. They in no way infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Everything about our stay was top-notch. The lodge was supplied with toiletries, towels, cooking supplies which far exceeded our expectations. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The land around the lodge was fun to explore and our granddaughters had a blast boating on the pond. King's Orchards and Barnes Park were our favorites and were very close by. We spent each night at the firepit making smores.

This house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed for a week long stay. The property was gorgeous and the kids used the paddle boats on the pond, and me and my husband hiked the trails. We saw deer and wild turkey as well as many birds! 5 min from Central Lake and a grocery store and 10-20 min to Torch Lake depending on where. We spent days going North and South, up to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Indian River and Boyne City and down to Bellaire, Alden, and Traverse City. The location was very convenient! Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The upstairs apartment had its own sunroom and deck! The kitchen and living space was perfect for 9 of us, and the view of Torch Lake was lovely, especially from the fire pit.
