Forte dei Marmi Villa Didi a stone's throw from the center 3 bedrooms and privat

Villa Didi it's located 5 minutes from the center of Forte dei Marmi and near to the most famosus long walk of Versilia.
The Villa has a pretty garden with private parking and patio for access house. Interior it's very confortable space: one big living room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (double beds that can become twin on request).
The area is quiet, surronded by the mountains of white marble, the famous Michelangelo's Carrara Marble. You can reach the clubs of the Verisilia nightlife or stay in total relax under the patio to eat good pizza and spend quiet evenings with family.

In the garden we are also building a pool and dependance with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Included in the rental price:
- general Cleanings after check out
- sheets and towels CHANGE 1 time per week
- Utilities included for one-week rentals




Additional charges:

- €1000 security deposit for weekly rentals or €5000 for monthly rentals
-  Utilities according to consumption for rentals exceeding one week




Check in to be schedule with you from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Check out is usually at  10:30 a.m.

In case you need different arrival or departure time, please let us know in advance: we’ll do our best.




CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellation occurs between 30 days and the check in day, the total amount is not refundable but your stay can be postponed to another date, according to availability of that villa. For one time only.
