Хороший дом в хорошем месте .

Расположение в самом центре, качественное наполнение дома, хорошая мебель в целом , ремонт новый. Хороший текстиль, удобная кровать. На 2 эт три спальни и 2 су , на 1эт гостевая спальня с су и гостиная с кухней и еще один туалет. Красивый двор , хорошая мебель во дворе, внимание к деталям. Выполнены ландшафтные работы . Есть стиральная и сушильная машина и даже порошок для стирки , на кухне был перец, соль и оливковое масло. Капсул для кофе было всего 2 шт на 3 дня , был чай.

На автомобиле очень сложно заехать во двор дома , каждый раз целый квест, чтобы не поцарапать машину. До парковки идти 200 метров. Если бы хотя бы на 30 см шире были ворота - проблем бы не было. Бассейн это просто большой металлический таз с водой высотой 60 см без подогрева но с фильтрацией - не очень понятно для чего он нужен, совсем маленьким детям в таком будет холодно , а постарше только ноги помочить . Кондиционер в мастер спальне очень шумный, мешал спать и ниже 23 градусов не охлаждал ( требует тех обслуживания ) Неуютные полы из керамической плитки как на улице обычно стелят , неприятно ходить по такому полу (Возможно остались от старого ремонта.) Диван маленький в гостиной , нам он показался некомфортным и не подходящим к в целом очень удобному и продуманному дому , где видно что не экономили. Но в целом наше впечатление было положительным.
