Beautiful house. They have thought of everything! No need to pack all the household items. The have was very clean. Easy access to everything. Loved waking up in the morning to see the ocean. Highly recommend and we will stay again.

We had the most incredible stay at DuneRise in Jacksonville Beach. Every morning started with a run along the sand, followed by surf lessons and easy bike rides around town. The bike rental is just two blocks away, so we rode to nearly every meal, making it the perfect beachside lifestyle. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located in the best part of Jax Beach. The property managers, Welcome Home Rentals, were attentive to every request and made the entire stay seamless. This was the ideal getaway spot, and we’ve already decided to make it part of our annual trip,

The house was gorgeous and pictured as such. Pictures match the property. Couldn’t get closer to the beach and perfect house for a weekend getaway. Has what we needed to cook and have a day at the beach! One of the nicest places we have stayed! We loved the location too, and although didn’t play any of the games in the garage, it was a cool set up!! Overall we had an amazing time and the communication with everything was immediate! Only downsides were the beds were a tad hard for our liking, and there was a motion sensor light above the bunk beds that would automatically turn on whenever you move… was pretty annoying but maybe there’s a way to turn those off! Other than that, the house was perfect! Huge kitchen, amazing patio, elevator to help with luggage and groceries, it was clean, and we just really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!
