Master Bedroom and bath in a Vegas home with pool & 7 minutes to the strip

Master bed & bath amenities with an upper deck overlooking the pool. There is a coffee maker and smart HD television in the master bedroom for convenience to enjoy the relaxing morning either on your deck. Full kitchen access to cook any meal. If needed there is an office downstairs with a couch that pulls up into a full-size bed for an added bedroom, if necessary. The common areas in the house are available. The refreshing pool is available with a patio for relaxation to cook on the grill and swim before an evening of festivities on the strip.The home is welcoming with Vegas history and memorabilia and set up with plenty of space with a living room, dining room, bar, and piano. The garage, two bedrooms and one bathroom are off-limits with the home occupied by a tenant who will not be in your way or bother your good time. We welcome feedback to make the home more welcoming to the guests as we only rent out the partial space for Vegas travelers to enjoy a sports event or show at a cheaper rate than the strip, yet very close.

There are folded up twin size beds in each of the bedroom closets.

Additionally, we are not be comfortable for small children to stay on the property because the pool is not enclosed with a fence. The backdoor slider is very heavy to open for that purpose, but even being in the backyard or leaving the slider open would not be safe. We want there to be a good time without any issues. Please avoid noise after 10 pm. There are neighbors on both sides and behind the house.

There are great places to eat in the area, as well as the Las Vegas strip and Vegas sign only 5-7 minutes away. There is Town Center Square where there is shopping and great happy hours to enjoy. One of the top 5-star Italian Restaurants, Panevino, is less than 5 minutes. Allegiant Stadium for a concert or Raider game is visible from the neighborhood. You can easily Uber or drive to the Las Vegas Golden Knights champions T-Mobile center for a hockey game. Golfing is all around the area. Depending on the time of day, you can make it to your flight at the airport in 5 minutes and not more than 15 minutes if you need to return a rental. You will love the area if you are using Uber or driving because you are close to everything. Most people don't like to park where it is expensive and one Uber ride to the Vegas famous strip less than the price of parking. You don't have to worry about enjoying a cocktail at dinner and driving home.

The owners are close by and willing to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible. They are even known to leave homemade bread or cookies in the bedroom to welcome their guests. If there are any specific requests needed because you get in late or need a ride from the airport, it has been done.

The place is kept clean and disinfected for your sense of comfort.
