The kitchen was full of outdated equipment and the food in the cupboards needed to be thrown out or replaced. The seasonings had gone bad, the instant coffee was expired, and the utensils were in a bad state. However, we did appreciate that there was a case of bottled water on the counter when we first arrived.

We liked having the luxury of feeling at home and having space. It was close to everything and comfortable.

Our only complaint was that when booking, it stated in the amenities that there was a washer and dryer and there wasn't. Also, it said that there was a private hot tub and pool which isn't true. It has a large garden tub in the master bathroom, but that's not the same thing.

The apartment itself was lovely. The beds were comfortable. A written document on where the laundry is located, and a map to the pools would be quite handy for guests.

All three pools were closed for the duration of our visit. We booked in January and were not notified in advance that the pools were / would be closed or we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. We did not confirm until Tuesday after checking in on Friday that no pool would be available during our 8 night stay. We booked this place with pools to be able to swim 2-3 times a day with our kid who LOVES the pool. It was a HUGE disappointment. The communication with the owner was very disappointing. On Saturday when we asked how to get into the pool she told us they were closed and offered to move us to a house with a pool on Tuesday. She then went silent until repeatedly messaged on Tuesday when she finally said the house with a pool was not available. She then said "no pools really are open in Las Vegas in apartment complexes. I have other places in (and) the pools are not open until June, so if you booked the apartment for the pool, just keep in mind usually the apartments do their maintenance on pools until summer." My nephew lived in Las Vegas apartments for six years and the pools were open year round. Her response was snarky and it IS false advertising to list a place with a pool and then have all three pools closed. The owner offered us $130 to go to resort pool. That may cover one pool visit at a resort. We did not expect a resort pool but expected an apartment complex pool to be available for swimming daily at a minimum. The bathroom and kitchen rugs need to be replaced. The toilet in the main bathroom was unusable because the flushing mechanism was rusted and broken. If these things are corrected (including pool access) I would highly recommend this place.
