About this cabin rental
A cozy one-bedroom at the far left edge of the property, ideal for two. Inside: queen bed with fresh linens, a comfortable living area with couch, dining table, and cable TV, plus a full bath with shower, towels, and toiletries. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, sink, gas stovetop/oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic cookware/utensils for simple meals. Heated year-round with a window A/C for summer—an easy, practical base close to shared outdoor spaces.
The Pemi Trail is a cozy one-bedroom cabin on the far left side of the property, neighboring only Cabin 14. While not a riverside unit, it’s a short walk to our shared outdoor areas and a comfortable home base for two.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**
One queen-sized bed with fresh linens and curtains for restful sleep.
**Bathroom:**
Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.
**Entertainment & Comfort:**
Comfortable living space with a couch, dining table, and cable TV. Heating for year-round comfort and a window air-conditioning unit for summer.
**Kitchenette:**
Full-size refrigerator, sink, gas stovetop, oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic cookware/utensils—suited for simple meal preparation.

Super private, BEAUTIFUL property grounds and so much to do locally. They are right in the center of the white mountains making hiking super easy. The owners are super friendly and communication coming up to our check in date was great! We knew our cabin number the day before check in and they were super helpful with late check in as we were coming from a super far distance. Comfortable beds and easy parking right at your cabin. We are frequent travelers to Lincoln, NH and have stayed in many places surround Pemi Cabins but never had the pleasure of staying until now. Not sure we will ever go to any of our previous locations as this one has stolen my heart! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Cabin had all the necessities ie: towels, pans, silverware, coffee pot, etc...
