Lovely, well appointed condo unit. It had extras like 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler, pool noodles, sand toys. We really appreciated the spices and oil in the kitchen cupboards as well as Saran wrap and tin foil so we could cook without paying a small fortune for spices we used once. The unit qualifies for a golf discount which we used. The location is perfect for walking to Kings and Queens shopping center. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Unit E105 turned out to be perfect for my 8 week stay in Waikoloa Beach. It was a good size to have family visit on and off but not so big that it was too much for just me. It is close to places and things that I like to do but at the same time gave me the privacy when I needed it. I would recommend it and would rent it again.

Well stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, 2 lanais, views, strong wifi, beach gear. The pool is beautiful and warm great for lap swimming. It even has a small library! Walk to Hilton and Marriott beaches and all the shops. Michelle at Kohala Properties is fantastic. This is the only place we will stay on future trips! (Besides the Mauna Kea-lol).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit fell below our expectations as pictures online looked to be much nicer than what it was. Furniture worn and tired unit was not clean, lack of glasses in kitchen, dirty pan in the oven, lack of kitchen towels which after management was contacted more were given to use, light bulbs 3 of them burned out in the kitchen which were replaced while just before we left. Open cable box in living room not covered which management claims they were aware of. When traveling this distance and for a 3 week period we expected everything to be very nice snd in order. Felt we overpaid for what we actually got.

This vacation rental was perfect for our family of 4 - Parents plus two grown daughters. We loved it. The ground level is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the birds. The gardens are well taken care of. There's a beautiful pool on the property and a small gym that we used a couple times. It's nice and quiet and close to everything. We would definitely recommend it:)

Overall this unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of space for our family. The pool was amazing and we spent lots of time there. The walk to the beach was a bit tricky until we were able to find the short cut but there was no clear instruction. Unfortunately during our stay the unit just above us started having their deck retiled which was very very noisy and disruptive to our time at the unit. We appreciate this is not the fault of the unit we stayed in but definitely affected our time there. Overall we would stay again. Communication was fabulous with Michelle.

This downstairs condo unit at Vista Waikoloa worked out great for our Big Island vacation. It’s located in a beautiful resort area, close to shopping and beaches. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We loved the stocked laundry room. I appreciated that it was quiet at night. I don’t think the upstairs was occupied while we were there. The pool was was close by and not crowded. The unit was very clean but upon checking in we did see a dead long insect under one of the nightstand - maybe a centipede? And we killed two cockroaches- I think this was because we had the lanai sliding door opened. It is the tropics after all so bugs are expected. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

The condo was in a great location for visiting the beautiful beaches on that side of the island. The bottom floor was perfect for kids to run around the grassy area and we loved the pool. The furniture is a bit old and dated but otherwise the condo was great.

We LOVED our stay at the Vista. It was in a great location- close to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. and close to the airport, Kona, beaches outside of the resort, you name it. This place had everything you could think of from beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers (which is amazing when you’re travelling not to have to go out and buy/rent these items for a week), to a well stocked kitchen, playpen (if required), beach towels etc. Communication with management was fantastic and Michelle was always super helpful. Our kids had so much fun and this place was an amazing “home away from home”, while on vacation.

After 2years of planning and 2 cancellations due to Covid complications my son, his wife and my new 17 month old grandson finally enjoyed a lovely week at this special condo. The unit was spacious, safe, quiet and just luxurious enough for 3 adults and this busy little guy. The lawn and gardens just outside our sliding doors allowed us the freedom to eat on the patio while he had freedom to roam within sight. The layout of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have space. We used the BBQ one evening and it and the pool area were close by and lovely. “A beach” was a short walk away and is just right for a toddler. Could have stayed 10 days and it would have been divine! Hope to return!

It met all our expectations and more especially coming from small town, wintery Northern Ontario, Canada. We would definitely book this well appointed, clean, away from home property. The grounds were safe and outstanding; the pool a lovely spot with friendly people and a good length for laps. All in all a great experience and would love to come back some day. Dealing with Michelle Coupe from the agency was always a positive and friendly experience. Would just recommend that the company keep codes current for the pool and office. I wasn't too excited that no one came at least once a week to clean. We have stayed at several locations in Waikaloa and this was a first. Also charging $50.00 if you need a roll of TP, $50.00 if you don't wash the towels, $50.00 if you leave sand in a cooler is a bit much. We also wanted t leave boogie boards at a friends condo in the complex asked the person in the management department five if we could do that, she said she couldn't help us as she was not responsible for his unit. She was not helpful at all. We probably won't stay again...
