new Luxury Ocean View Penthouse

We loved the way the condo and lanai were set-up: the open floor plan of the condo was very inviting and luxurious, while complete privacy was possible with the way both bedrooms and bathrooms were designed. The view from the lanai was amazing: we could see both sunrise and sunset, enjoy the sun from the open sky section, and enjoy in the shades in the covered section. The breeze made it possible to enjoy the lanai at any time of the day. Inside, the condo had every thing we needed. Overall, it was one of the best condo we've stayed at at Waikoloa Beach, we would there again without any hesitation.

Everything was fantastic

Lovely townhome in a central, gated section of Waikoloa beach development. Huge Lanai with covered and uncovered areas to take advantage of, or get out of, the sun. Top floor unit was very private and delivered tremendous golf course, mountain views and ocean views. The unit itself is very clean and well furnished. The full beach towel basket was a nice touch. So was the coffee/tea bar with no fewer than 4 different ways to prepare your favorite hot drink. We walked to the beach in 7-10 minutes. The Kings Shops and Queen Shops were walking distance or a 2 minute car ride away for restaurants, groceries or even movies. 90 minutes to Hilo. Very spacious and comfortable.

- Freezer made loud sounds during our stay, but the owner was very responsive!

Amazing location, great amenities and incredibly comfortable beds and linen. Great accessibility too.
