On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a pleasant living area featuring a cozy living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher.



This level also features two bedrooms:



one bedroom with a 160-cm double bed,

one bedroom with a 140-cm double bed,



as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.



Upstairs, you’ll find:



a master suite with a desk and a 180-cm double bed,

a family bedroom with two 90-cm single beds and a 140-cm double bed,



as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
