The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a conservatory, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a double with en-suite, a further double, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn with patio and picnic bench, and a private sloped driveway for four cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. Seacrest is well-positioned to explore the coast and countryside of County Galway.
