Cartron Cottage in Ballintubber, County Mayo, sleeps four in two bedrooms.
This single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear, side and front garden with tables and chairs, a parasol and off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets, and no smoking. For your convenience, there is a shop with 1.6 miles and a pub within 1.7 miles. Cartron Cottage is a charming escape for a countryside stay in County Mayo. It would also be the perfect setting for a bridal party getting ready for the big day, or perhaps for a couples romantic honeymoon.

We had a lovely time at Cartron Cottage. Kathleen could not have been more welcoming. She even came to get us when we got lost on our way. She had left a bottle of wine to help us settle in and there was home-made bread and marmalade for breakfast. Kathleen had thought of everything to make our stay perfect.The cottage is in a great location - 20 minutes to Westport and Castlebar and with easy links to Knock Airport, Sligo, Galway and Connemara, and yet in a very tranquil setting.Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant , host is fantastic and a very warm welcome complete with a welcome pack , this cottage has everything you need, the location of the cottage is ideal for exploring the west .

Such a friendly greeting and a very comfortable cottage. Everything was provided with lots of extras too. Care and attention to detail was second to none. It was a pleasure to come home to this charming home.
