Five bedroom home in Ocean Isle’s popular Island Park community. Great home for pets and families. Island Park offers two community pools and two community docks that guests are welcome to use. The home features a wraparound porch and sits on a corner lot beside a manmade lagoon. Beautiful views and sunsets! Easy walk across street to public beach access. Neighborhood is located on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach and is generally quiet. Please review House Rules section before booking. This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home in the Island Park community of Ocean Isle! Which includes two community pools and docks. Situated on the desirable West End of Ocean Isle, tucked away quietly on the end of Sandpiper Dr. which backs up to a large pond and has a short walk to the beach access! Each bedroom and living room you will find equipped with Smart TVs for all of your streaming needs. Wifi is 1GB with a mesh network system- so you will be sure to have no issues with your streaming anywhere on this property! Kitchen: Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs (pots/ pans/ utensils) Living Room: 50" smart TV (3) large couches (2) glider chairs Plenty of room to hangout after a long day at the beach, and perfect for family game nights First Floor: Bedroom 1: (1) King w/ private bathroom (shower) Bedroom 2 : (1) Queen w/ attached bathroom (tub/shower) A large deck off the main living room and kitchen invites you to spend the evening sipping a cocktail or hanging out Second Floor: Bedroom 3: (1) Queen w/ private bathroom (shower) Bedroom 4: (1) Queen Bedroom 5: (2) Twin Bathroom 4: Tub/shower Backyard: Swings to enjoy the view over the large pond Outside Shower Entire home, with exception of storage shed and upstairs storage closet (will be locked). I do not live locally, but am available to communicate throughout your stay. We have family in the area as well as a great property management team who are able to help quickly if needed. Island Park community on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach. Includes two community pools and two community docks. Walking distance to the beach and The Isles Beach Club. The home rental does not include linens (bedding, towels, washcloths, etc.). You are welcome to rent these from one of the local vendors or bring your own. Pets allowed. We charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay. The limit is one dog of any size, but please reach out if you have multiple pets. We love animals and are happy to accommodate. No cats allowed. Please ensure dogs are crated when unsupervised. The property has security cameras for safety located at the front door and back stairs.

Perfect stay. Communication was great. The property was impeccably clean. We especially liked that there was no carpet anywhere. We brought our own linens and towels and it felt like home. Very nice property. September weather was perfect and the area was quiet and relaxing. Short stroll to the beach and Tiki Bar.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great location and it was very quiet in the neighborhood (except for some construction going on in the next neighborhood). Nice furnishings and in great condition. Would recommend for families.

We had a great time. The house was great for our stay. My wife, parents and our 2 girls felt very comfortable at the house. We were located close to the pool and the beach was a short walk. We did rent a golf cart which came in handy. We drove it everywhere. One of our best beach trips was this one.
