--BRAND NEW 7 PERSON HOT TUB--
Welcome to this brand-new BEAUTIFUL beach house. It is perfect for large families or multi-family vacations. Whether you are packing it full of kiddos or adults there is plenty of fun to be had. Fill the rooms, pile on the couch, cook great food, play games, walk to the beach, go tide pooling or roast marshmallows. There is so much to do! Mostly, we hope that you create memories for your family and friends that will last forever.
The home is located at the North end of Rockaway only a couple of blocks from the beach. A four minute walk will land you at Nadonna Beach, which has tide pools, a jetty, and manmade driftwood forts to explore. There is a short foresty trail across the street leading to an estuary with plenty of space to explore and sea creatures to find.
Our home is family friendly. It has two extra floor beds, an air mattress, toys, books, games, a high chair and pack & play to make vacationing with the whole family a bit more comfortable.

The Rockaway House was lovely and very well appointed. Our family had a fantastic time and enjoyed the hot tub in the quiet serene backyard. We even caught a few glimpses of wildlife!

This house is amazing! It is super clean. So many amenities; extra towels(kitchen and bath), extra beach towels, kitchen fully stocked, even food storage! We cooked many meals and didn't want for anything. The hot tub was wonderful and so clean. Laundry room and supplies greatly appreciated. All the outdoor extras were so nice. We were thankful for the beach chairs. The kids REALLY loved the scooters. The setting on the back deck was so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was great quality. The walk to the beach is very manageable. Section Line Rd is quiet and most drivers were very respectful. Response time for TV remote issue was prompt. Thank you. We hope to return next year.

I’m a private chef on the coast and wanted to find the perfect place to take photos (amazing kitchen!) for my website and socials. This house was gorgeous and just what I was looking for! Beautiful, open and modern, well-equipped kitchen and natural light — it was the perfect backdrop for our photoshoot, and a lovely place to stay afterward. The hot tub is a highlight! And it was great to have well-curated kid stuff available for when my nephews and brother in law stopped by to eat the food I made for the shoot (my sister is my photographer). Wonderful house we’d love to rent again for a family gathering. So happy we found it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Savas House. The place is modern, clean, and very spacious. Only a short distance to the ocean. Definitely love the place.
