Tidy place...great location...be aware there are no elevators at this property and lots of steps. The bed in the master bedroom for us was very uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. Needs a new one or a topper.

This was our first stay in Avon and it was excellent. Location to the beach, cleanliness of the condo, instructions for everything and responsiveness of property management made for an outstanding stay
